Casablanca, with a metro area population over 5 million, is Morocco’s largest city and its economic capital. As a result, it draws business from around the country, Africa, and the rest of the world.

A thriving restaurant scene offering a wide range of tastes has been the delicious outcome.

You’ll find plenty of traditional Moroccan cuisine, including sumptuous tajines, couscous, and fresh fish.

Elegant French restaurants present classic dishes as beautifully executed as those you’d find in Paris.

Spanish tapas and paella are common, too, testament to proximity and colonial influences. In addition, Italian, Japanese, Vietnamese, and other world cuisines have become popular.

There are a lot of great things to eat in Casablanca, so here are some of best restaurants in Casablanca to get you started.
